Years in Perspective


The founding year of Elevate People Solutions LLC and received the Maxwell Leadership Speaker, Trainer and Coach certification.


Successfully established Elevate People Solutions, dedicating the year to delivering services in leadership and management training, DEI training, consulting, coaching, and speaking engagements. Additionally, served as the Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion conference, spearheading the planning and orchestration of the event for the third straight year.


Delivered a keynote address, "You Make a Difference" at YWCA's Childcare Business Summit.


Presented at the Bravely Leading Women's Leadership Conference, a conference designed to empower women leaders to raise their voices and embrace their bravery.


Delivered pre-conference webinars and on-board presentations at the HR Conference Cruise, an International conference designed to equip forward-thinking HR professionals with knowledge and tools to navigate their HR journey.

At the heart of Elevate People Solutions stands Sheila Eason, the founder and CEO with over three decades of experience. Sheila specializes in guiding leaders to unlock their innate potential, leveraging her expertise to drive personal and professional growth.

Sheila is the driving force behind Elevate People Solutions, serving as its founder and CEO. A seasoned expert with over 25 years of experience, Sheila is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Leadership Development Coach, International Speaker, Trainer, Coach, and Consultant.


She specializes in personal growth and professional development, helping individuals identify what’s holding them back and achieve greater self-esteem and happiness. She works with businesses to solve their important business problems and provides consulting in a number of key areas, such as organizational development, human resources, and training. Her expertise lies in empowering leaders to build their confidence and competence and unleash their full potential. Her passion is to help people grow.

Believing strongly that effective leadership plays a crucial role in the success of a business and employee retention, Sheila partners closely with leaders, providing them with the insights and tools necessary for personal and professional growth. Her approach combines honesty, deep listening, and collaboration with actionable strategies, empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

Central to Sheila’s mission is the belief that when leaders develop new skills, their team members also benefit from the improved leadership and communication and increased self-awareness the manager brings back into the organization. Sheila is passionate about bridging any leadership gaps and developing strong leaders.

Outside of living in her purpose and passion, Sheila loves spending quality time with her family and friends. She takes pride in her role as a devoted mother and wife, supported by a partner who shares her passion and dedication. In her free time, she mentors young entrepreneurs in her community, fostering the next generation of leaders and innovators.
